Dantec has a vapour recovery version for all of its Danoil, Danchem and Danflon range.
The hoses are distinguished with the prefix VR; They are lightweight, extremely flexible yet still robust enough for purpose. Each includes our Dantec Sure-lec sealing system to guarantee electrical continuity.
The Danoil VR version is purpose built for the vapour return of hydrocarbon products in marine road and rail tanker operations. It is manufactured with a polypropylene liner and galvanised steel inner and outer wire helix.
Danchem VR is of similar manufacture as the Danoil VR but it’s designed for the vapour return of general chemical products. It is also manufactured with a polypropylene liner but is available with inner wire helix in 316 stainless steel or polypropylene coated steel. The outer wire helix is available in 316 stainless steel and galvanised steel.
Danflon VR is designed for the vapour return of more aggressive chemicals. It has an ETFE liner (PTFE on request). The inner and outer wire helix is available in both 316 stainless steel and galvanised steel.

Polypropylene: Economical choice, excellent chemical resistance, best chosen for products that chemically attack stainless steel and other metals. (Danchem VRSG, Danchem VRPS)

Stainless Steel: Premium choice, excellent chemical resistance, best suited to weathering and external conditions (Danchem VRPS, Danchem VRSS, Danflon VRSS)
Galvanised Steel: Economical choice (Danoil VRGG, Danchem VRSG, Danflon VRGG, Danflon VRSG)
LINER:
ETFE: Premium choice, excellent chemical and temperature resistance, high strength (Danflon VRGG, Danflon VRSG, Danflon VRSS)
PTFE: excellent chemical and temperature resistance (Danflon range on request)
